Join Us in the Conservatory for a Farm Fresh Breakfast

Our hyper-local ingredients really steal the show at breakfast. During the week, start with a warm basket of freshly baked scones, local jams and butters and your choice of freshly squeezed or cold pressed juices. Our daily Curated Yogurt Bowls feature local yogurt, rich and tangy, made from grass-fed Hudson Valley cows; seasonal fruits, curds or compotes, and granolas, uniquely flavored with seasonal spices, seeds, and nuts.

On the weekends, we also offer free-range organic eggs fresh from the coop; bacon, cured from a nearby farm; and fluffy pancakes topped with honey or maple syrup made literally a mile away: you can’t get more farm-to-table than that.

Breakfast served 8-9:30 am weekdays; 8:00-10 am weekends.
