We always strive to support and highlight businesses and products as local as possible. With that in mind, we proudly provide toiletries made by Beekman 1802, located in the town next door (Beekman, New York); and Matouk Linens, based in New England.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM
In order to give rooms the proper attention required for the next guest, all guests must check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure. After 11:00 AM, Late fees could be charged at the management’s discretion. Please speak to the front desk if you need more time and we will try our best to accommodate you. if you require a late check-in, please alert the inn 24 hours prior to your arrival.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES

No outside food or alcoholic beverages are allowed at the inn. We have a wonderful restaurant and bar for your enjoyment. A $75 fee will be added to your bill for any outside food or alcoholic beverages consumed at the inn per day of your stay. If you arrive with a cooler or you happen to have any perishables, we will be happy to store them for you until check-out. Please, we cannot entertain any exceptions.

CHILDREN

We welcome all guests 13 years of age and older. No exceptions will be made. We don’t have cribs or cots. Anyone under the age of 21 must travel with an adult. A valid ID (passport, School ID, state ID) will be required.

SMOKING

We are a smoke-free property. If you smoke in your room or on your room’s patio, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. No exceptions will be made.

PETS

We love our pets too, but we can’t accommodate them on the property. If you arrive with a pet, please understand you will not be able to check-in, and will be asked to reschedule or forfeit your paid reservation.

PAYMENTS

A credit card deposit for 50% of your total stay plus tax will be charged upon booking. The remainder will be paid the day prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS

The Millbrook Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with 14-or-less days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire reservation.

DAMAGE/LOSS/THEFT

The inn is filled with luxury fabrics, antiques, and art; Matouk robes, towels, and linens. We know you will enjoy yourselves and respect the inn property. However, you may be held responsible for any missing or damaged items, and be required to pay for their repairs or replacement. This is at the discretion of the innkeeper and will be charged to your credit card. Our robes retail for $120; please feel free to inquire about purchasing a new one with our innkeeper!

PARKING

We are located in a rural, residential setting, and have a small parking lot. There is only ONE spot allocated for EACH room. If you do arrive in more than one car during a fully booked time, please be aware you may have to park the second car in a public lot in town. Call ahead and we can advise. We are not responsible for your car and its contents.

COVID-19

Our wish is for you to enjoy our beautiful inn worry-free. In order to do so, we encourage all our guests to be FULLY vaccinated and boosted prior to their arrival. At this time, we do NOT require it; but we follow guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, State and local authorities. Please understand that this policy could change at any time; and we will email you any change in policies prior to your arrival. Any requirements for inn guests will ALSO APPLY to local friends and family who may visit you on the property.

This ALSO APPLIES to local friends and family who may visit you on the property.

MASK POLICY

At this time, masks will NOT be required for guests and diners on the property; but we ask that everyone respect those that choose to wear them. This policy is both for your safety as well as the health AND safety of everyone here, who’s job it is to make your stay enjoyable, delicious, and safe. The inn has a supply of masks should you want to wear one.

CLEANLINESS

Our property is cleaned throughout the day; and hand sanitizer is available in all public spaces and your guest room. Complimentary masks are always available to those who want them.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN

On the day of your arrival, your credit card on file will be charged the remainder of your stay, so no need to present us with a credit card or sign any paperwork. You will receive a unique code gives you wireless access your room door with your phone; There is a manual option as well.
