In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, delicious food, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best spirits produced right here in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley, and New York state. The Vintage at The Millbrook Inn also features a unique New York focused wine program, with top wines from the Hudson Valley, North Fork and Finger Lakes regions.
